Dilweg Snaps Up Three Charlotte Office Properties For $44M

The Dilweg Cos acquired another three office buildings in the Charlotte market, paying more than $43.8M for the Resource Square I, II and V (pictured) buildings in the University/Northeast submarket. Durham-based Dilweg acquired the buildings from two separate sellers, reports the Charlotte Business Journal.

The properties total more than 335k SF, were developed between 1997 and 2000, and were 81% leased at the time of the sale. The deal comes not long after Dilweg sold its ownership in 121 West Trade in Uptown for $71.6M. [CBJ]
