Charlotte MOBs Sell For $23M

Charlottesville, Va.-based Anchor Health Properties acquired 300 and 330 Billingsley Road, two medical office buildings totaling 92k SF, for $23M. A JV between the locally based Insite Properties and Alex Brown Realty, which is based in Baltimore, sold the buildings.

Carolinas HealthCare System and Novant Health lease 37% of the properties between the two of them, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. Other major tenants include Randolph Internal Medicine, Carolina Digestive Health Associates, CarolinasMedical Center Behavioral Health Center, Legacy Heart Care and Novant Health Neurology Specialists.

CBRE's Patrick Gildea, Lee Asher and Chris Bodnar repped the sellers.
