WSJ: Benham Among Top Three US Brokers

The Wall Street Journal has named Jason Benham, co-founder of Benham Real Estate Group and Benham Cos (with his twin brother David), the third-most productive realtor in the US. The list is based on the number of closed  deals for '11 (Jason had 970). The Concord-based company specializes in REO sales and has expanded since its '03 founding to about 100 affiliate offices around the country.
