WHEN 2 X 10 = $100M

We at Bisnow tend to avoid superlatives, but rules are made to be broken. The Bissell Cos recently announced what is regarded by industry experts as the largest spec office development in the country— $100M project featuring two,10-story towers and a parking deck that together total 550k SF. A ceremonial groundbreaking was held this past week, which drew an invitation-only crowd of about 80 to the project site, Bissell's highly regarded Ballantyne Corporate Park. Rodgers Builders is GC and LS3P Associates is project architect.
