VERIAN SIGNS THE DOTTED LINE

Software company Verian Technologies is relocating its HQ from Charotte?s University area to about 13k SF of leased space at The Knox Group's Rosemont Village in the Indian Land community of SC?s Lancaster County. The space is the second floor of a $3.6M, 26k SF building in the 21-acre mixed-use Rosemont project, developer Charles Knox tells us. (We met with Charles last week in Mint Hill over gyros and sweet tea. Talk about cross-cultural dining.) Matthews Construction is GC. Davidson-based Layman Architecture designed the building.
