TUNING UP AT THE MUSIC FACTORY

It's OK to lose the tie and lighten up, evidenced by Flagship Capital Partners' Jim Rogers and CBRE's Tom O?Brien, who joined members of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors in networking at uptown?s Saloon at the N.C. Music Factory. For the members-only event, they rubbed (and bent) elbows with other noteworthy CRE types from Charlotte Center City Partners, CBRE, Cassidy Turley, and more.

 

Jim has been making the rounds at several major CRE events lately and lamented at a recent function that many in the industry arefeeling the pain of our troubled times, with war in the Middle East, ?a dysfunctional Congress,? global natural disasters, and of course, ?the ongoing rivalry between UNC and Duke.? We'll work on the first three, but not sure if we can do much about the last one.
