In 3Q, C-T?s Capital Markets Carolinas Team, headed by Rob Cochran in Charlotte, closed seven deals valued at $200M—and more are pending. Three of seven were industrial and four were office. ?Good quality real estate never goes out of style,? Rob tells us. And 4Q is already looking promising. C-T recently brokered the sale of the Grinnell Water Works Building to Insite Properties for$6.9M. And it handled the Keith Corp.?s $9.4M sale of the Walking Company Distribution Center in Lincolnton to Exeter Properties.
