Andy Dinkin has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA as a senior brokerage associate and will focus on tenant rep and investment sales. Prior to joining MECA, Andy was VP of business development at Levine Properties.

Rob Spier recently made a move to Colliers International, where he will serve as VP of industrial services in Charlotte. Rob was formerly with Jones Lang LaSalle. He will be concentrating on tenant rep, landlord/owner rep, investment sales, and owner-occupied sales.

Charles Thrift has joined Collett & Associates. Charles? focus will be anchor and junior-anchor leasing support for third-party clients, tenant rep and new business development. Before joining Collett, Charles was a senior leasing associate in the retail division at Crosland.
