Hotlanta-based spec data center developer T5 Partners is on another leg of what is planned to be almost 500k SF of data space near Kings Mountain in Cleveland County. T5 recently leased 215k SF to outsourcing company Infocrossing and has broken ground on a146k SF phase at what it's calling T5@KM. T5 exec Jason Chartrand says the new building should be finished in April, but interested parties could begin interior upfits almost anytime. Chartrand wouldn?t share construction cost or lease rates. Atlanta-based Holder Construction is GC; Corgan Associates of Dallas is architect.
