Now you can smell good when buying your Wii. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance has signed a 10-year lease at Argus Properties' Lynncroft Shopping Center in Greenville, NC, joining such existing tenants as Best Buy, Lowe?s Foods, Ross Dress for Less. Romeoville, Ill.-based Ulta will take about 10k SF of a 12,500 SF building that should be finished in May. The building development cost was not released.
