Charlotte law firm Horack Talley?s Greg Shelton, who specializes in construction litigation and green law, has been named managing editor of the NC Construction Law Deskbook. Published by the Construction Law Section of the NC Bar, it's the ?definitive legal treatise? on NC construction law, Greg tells us. The 1,000-plus page book covers such issues as construction claims, licensing,insurance, mechanic?s liens, and changes in green buildingrequirements.
