| CBRE is looking for the brave and the strong to enter the Coliseum. The 75-acre Coliseum Centre complex (off of Tyvola Road and I-77) and its nearly 1M SF of existing office space is on the block and could attract bids of up to $125M, JP Morgan spokesman TonyWilbert tells us. The property adjoins land that once included the building where the Charlotte Hornets played. (Hence the name for the area, even though the Hornets are in N'awlins now.) CBRE is repping the property, which is about 80% leased. Anchors include food-services company Compass Group USA and LPL Financial. |
