ROADSIDE BURGERS HITS SOUTHPARK

It's from American Roadside Burgers, which leased its second Charlotte location at the Park View Building in SouthPark, CBRE'sMeredith Wiggins tells us. The casual dining restaurant took 4,750 SF of restaurant and office space and was repped by Diehl Properties' Bill Diehl III. It should be open by the spring. American Burgers? first store was in the Ally Center uptown. At Park View, CBRE's Mike Lucier repped the landlord, PICOA, for the 3,250 SF restaurant space. CBRE's Paula Moss and Kathleen Cannonrepped PICOA in the 1,500 SF office lease.
