REGUS EXPANDS AT PERIMETER

Flexible workspace provider Regus recently leased 13k SF in the 125k SF Linville Building at Perimeter Woods (it needs the space for its vigorous stretching routines), a 760k mixed-use development at Interstates 77 and 485. It's the company's sixth Charlotte site.
 
Regus? East Region VP Donna Scott tells us the interstate access and proximity to NorthLake Mall made the location attractive. Regus offers fully equipped offices and meeting rooms, as well as a video communications technology. Trinity Partners' Brian Brtalik repped Regus; Trinity?s John Ball and Charles Jonas repped the landlord.
