| Meet the newest member of the local Cassidy Turley team: Peg Bowden. Peg officially joined CT?s Charlotte office in November and readily talks about her humble West Virginia origins: ?I came from nothing,? Peg told us. Now, the former LPN oversees a staff of 14, managing CT?s 7M SF property portfolio (2M SF added just since Peg joined). That includes all Charlotte properties, several Winston-Salem holdings, as well as a smattering of buildings in northern SC. Peg put down her stethoscope and got into property management almost 30 years ago. She?d been working for CT in the Baltimore/DC area when she was offered the top property management position in Charlotte late last year. Charlotte CT chief Steve Gassaway, formerly with CBRE in Baltimore, says he knew Peg by reputation. When the local job opened, he called her immediately. When she's not touring CT properties, you'll find her kayaking on Lake Wylie. |
