PETER ZEILER: MOTOWN MOJO

The City of Charlotte's Peter Zeiler spent 11 years in economic development in Detroit. He moved to the Queen City about five years ago and cut his teeth locally on coordinating development along the Lynx light rail line. ?Charlotte is clearly one of the strongest markets in the Southeast,? Peter tells us. He is in Charlotte overseeing TIF grants, helping with public-private ventures, and working with small businesses.
