| Work is under way by Wood Partners on the 246-unit Perimeter Lofts on about 10 acres at Perimeter Parkway. Wood Partners director Carter Siegel says that the property will sport two connected courtyards and several pocket parks and lawns, so that residents can—if they want to—not bother with the 3M SF of retail and restaurants in the vicinity in the form of Northlake Mall. (And they also have plenty of room for a robust croquet game.) Of course, if they want to go shopping to buy stuff for their apartments, that's pretty easy, too. Wood Partners expects to finish the property summer '13. |
