OKTOBER (DEAL) FEST IN NoDa

Life is confusing, but a beer lease in October makes sense. And, in fact, NoDa Brewing Co just leased 12k SF at 2229 N Davidson St. Now, if we can convince flag manufacturers to only lease buildings on July 4, we'll be all set.
 
Piedmont Properties' Frank McCleneghan, who repped the brewer, tells us the 15-barrel microbrewery is planning to open by month?s end. NoDa is a hub of Charlotte creative arts, which evidently includes finely crafted local beers. Local microbrewers Tara andChris Goulet also this month plan to open Birdsong Brewing in NoDa. NoDa Brewing will offer brewery tours, gallery showings, live music, and other special events.
