| CBRE's Carolina Retail Investment Team recently repped Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust in the sale of Greenville, SC?s Taylors Square shopping center to Time Equities, a NY investor. The sales price wasn't available. Anchors in the 34k SF center include Blockbuster, GNC, GameStop, Ruby Tuesday and Firehouse Subs. The property is adjacent to a 208k SF Walmart Supercenter and is considered a "premier property? in its submarket, CBRE's Mike Burkard tells us. Mike and CBRE's Steve Shields of the company's Charlotte office, along with CBRE Greenville?s Craig Stipes and Matt Covington arranged the deal. |
