York?s Brian Rollar (above) flips through site plans. The local planning staff didn't like an earlier proposal that included retail andrestaurant space (sorry to tease you), so Brian tells us York will be seeking a plan amendment for the new design. A public hearingwas held earlier this week, and a decision will come in April. That part of town is in burgeoning Ballantyne, which is swiftly outstripping older parts of Charlotte in both population and income, Brian tells us. |
