| Northeastern University recently launched its first US regional campus in almost 14k SF of retail, classroom, and meeting space at uptown's 101 Independence Center. A second regional campus is planned soon for Seattle, University President Joseph Aoun tells us. Trinity Partners' Charles Jonas repped the building owner, Gramercy Realty; Cassidy Turley's David Dorsch repped Northeastern; and Trinity Partners' Sherrie Chaffin coordinated the uptfit. Redline was project architect and Rodgers Builders was GC. Classes start in January. |
