NEW CUSHMAN LEASES

Crosland Holdings has subleased 5,300 SF in One Fairview Plaza at 5960 Fairview Rd in Charlotte. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer'sPatrick McCoy and Warren Snowdon handled the sublease. We snapped Warren, above, at Bisnow's recent Charlotte Sustainability Summit, where he moderated. (No easy task when we bring our rowdy crowds.) Meanwhile, FTI Consulting has leased 4,200 SF at 4505 Country Club Rd in Winston-Salem. C&W?s Ralph Oldham,Patrick McCoy, and Cristy Nine handled that.
