| Can you see your office from here? Crosland Southeast has begun development on the final phase of Blakeney in south Charlotte. The Charlotte-based CRE firm has signed leases with BB&T, Chick-fil-A, and Firestone at the southeast corner of Blakeney Square, the last phase of the four-quadrant, 270-acre Blakeney master plan. Crosland voluntarily donated more than half of the original nine-acre Blakeney Square site to the Mecklenburg County Park and Rec Dept. for a stream buffer, Crosland's Tim Sittema tells us. The preserved green space will serve as a link among an existing network of trails behind much of the Blakeney development. |
