MESSER EXPANDS IN THE QC

Cincinnati-based Messer Construction Co is opening an office at 4201 Stuart Andrew Blvd in the Charlotte Commerce Center off of I-77 and Clanton Road. The local outfit is expected to employ up to 50 in the next three to five years, VP Steve Keckeis tells us. The company specializes in building for the healthcare, higher ed, and life sciences sectors. Founded in 1932, Messer now employs 750 in markets that include Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
