MERGER IN CHUCKTOWN

LA-based Lee & Associates has merged with Charleston?s  Anchor Real Estate to create Lee Charleston. The new CRE venture will be headed by Bob NuttallMilton Thomas, and Reid Davis (who combined have more than 50 years of CRE experience in the Charleston-area office, industrial, retail, and property investment markets.) And they'll maintain their autonomy, Lee's Ed Indvik tells us. The merger simply gives Lee a stronger foothold in the Southeast, Ed says, while enhancing the former Anchor group?s resources. Lee opened its first S.C. office this past May in Greenville.
