| Germany-based Karl Marbach GmbH & Co, a global manufacturer of steel rule dies for the packaging industry, is negotiating a 15k SF lease in SW Charlotte—its first US manufacturing site. The $3M operation will create 30 new jobs and is expected to be fully functional by Q2 ?12, Marbach?s Bernd Klenk tells us.
