MAPLE RUN MAKEOVER

Boston-based UC Funding recently structured and funded a $4.7M acquisition bridge loan on the Maple Run Apartments in Charlotte. The loan was made to an entity controlled by Jon Lichtman and Bob Nass. Jon is a partner in Levinson & Lichtman, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based law firm that focuses on structuring corporate partnerships for CRE acquisitions. Bob owns Landmasters, a GC from Melbourne, Fla. Landmasters will be overseeing a renovation. The complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from $499 to $757 per month. The loan will allow for the improvement of the property and further Jon and Bob?s multifamily investment goals in the Charlotte market, UC?s chief credit officer Ricardo Alburez tells us.
