| The project is at the Greenway Business Center, a 30-acre business park developed by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Development Corp.Built in the 1950s, the Belvedere Theater was once a centerpiece for the area and remains a major landmark for longtime residents, Concorde's Holly Alexander tells us.
