Charlotte-based The Tomlin Group has purchased the two-story Trio Plaza retail building in South Charlotte from Island Creek Land Co for$1.6M in a 1031 exchange. The 11,600 SF, one-acre property is located at 10701 McMullen Creek Pkwy and was almost fully leased at the time of the sale, Tomlin?s Bruce Tomlin tells us. It's anchored by a Sherwin-Williams paint store, while small office users occupy the second story. Efird-Bentley?s Tom Bentley repped the seller.
