Law Firm Alston & Bird has signed a 10-year lease renewal for the top four floors of the 40-story Bank of America Plaza building. The renewal totals 90k SF. Yes, it's a Bird's eye view. (It had to be said.)
 
A&B was repped by Cassidy Turley's Mike Dean and Maxwell Hanks. Maxwell  tells us the 10-year lease extension keeps a ?gold-plated? tenant uptown. He wouldn?t say what the renewal rate was, but the building leases for $25.50 to as much as $26.50/SF.
