| The 375k SF project will be built in three phases, Kite?s David Bruell tells us. Anchors are expected to include Target, Dick?s Sporting Goods (a real one though, not an impressionist version like in the rendering), Marshall?s, Michael?s, and Petco. Kite is a REIT specializing in the development of neighborhood and community shopping centers. David tells us several of Kite?s national retail tenants have expressed an interest in expanding into the Triangle area. The first stores, including the Target, should be open by about this time next year. | ||
