HICKORY BUILDING SELLS TO VA. REIT

Hotlanta-based ADEVCO recently sold a one-story, 60k SF call center in Hickory for almost $11M to McLean, Va.-based REIT Gladstone. You'd think we would just call for an interview, but there's a reason to visit ADEVCO prez Dave Kraxberger in person . . .
 

Seeing the hot rods. (Dave's an enthusiast.) The fully occupied building is leased to Fiserv, which provides information management and electronic commerce systems to the financial industry. Dave tells us his company specializes in developing, leasing, and selling tech buildings. Other clients include AT&T and Allstate. First Fidelity?s John Kerby  brokered the deal. (Son, you're gonna drive us to drinkin' if you don't stop drivin' that Hot Rod Lincoln.)
