HENDRICK JOINS COLLETT

After six years at New South Properties, David Hendrick has joined CRE firm Collett & Associates as a commercial broker. David tells us he'll be focusing on tenant rep and retail outparcel land sales. ?I think ?A? sites in and around Midtown will do well? in 2012, David tells us. David's past transactions include QuikTrip, Fatz Cafe, Showmar?s and Bruegger's Bagels, among others. The challenge ahead is outlying submarkets, says David, who has been at Collett about two weeks. The quality of the tenants is the key, he says.
