HEALTHY IN HUNTERSVILLE

Construction should be completed in September on a new $1M, 17k SF medical office building in Huntersville being developed by O?Shaughnessy Realty & Development. The lower floor of the two-story office condo has been sold to Horizon Eye Care, and developer Nick O?Shaughnessy says he has commitments for all but one 4,000 SF suite upstairs. He did not release sales pricing. The building, called The Gilead Center, is in The Park office complex on Hodges Circle off Gilead Road. It's near the newly completed Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville, which Nick credits with driving demand for medical office users in the area. Concorde Construction is GC, and The RBA Group is project architect.
