| Also continuing will be the availability of low interest rate financing from the GSEs and life companies (and even some banks) and low cap rates on sales, especially in larger markets like Charlotte and Raleigh, Tim says. His organization will intensify focus on legislative issues at the state level and get the word out that well-conceived and well-managed apartment properties are highly desirable additions to any NC neighborhood.
