Wood Partners has proposed construction of a 275-unit complex at Perimeter Parkway and I-77, near NorthLake Mall, aiming to rezone 11 acres to multifamily. The area is most certainly heating up for multifamily development, considering its proximity to interstates, employment centers, and, of course, the mall.
