Food-services company Compass Group USA will add 200 jobs to its Charlotte corporate offices, company CEO Gary Green recently announced. Annual salaries will average about $53k. Many of the new jobs will come from relocating corporate workers from various regional HQs around the US. (Sorry, various regional HQs!) Compass is currently located in the Coliseum Center at Tyvola and Yorkmont roads. It's active in multiple market sectors, (We love those!) including education, sports and entertainment, corporate dining, healthcare, and conference centers and hotels. The Charlotte Chamber's Bob Morgan described Compass as a ?Charlotte mainstay,? adding he was pleased at Compass? commitment to the community. (Hey, we've been committed, too!)
