| Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta-based multifamily group has teamed with Auction.com to sell six multifamily properties in the Southeast, including Carrington Place in Charlotte. (The 274-unit complex is at 1825 Carrington Oaks Dr.) Other properties are in Atlanta and Memphis.
