CW PLANS APARTMENT AUCTION

Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta-based multifamily group has teamed with Auction.com to sell six multifamily properties in the Southeast, including  Carrington Place in Charlotte. (The 274-unit complex is at 1825 Carrington Oaks Dr.) Other properties are in Atlanta and Memphis. The six properties will be among 65 assets offered for sale in an Auction.com multifamily property auction scheduled March 5 to 8. ?This is a new and efficient system for selling multifamily and other real estate assets,? C&W?s Michael Kemether tells us.
