After six months as an official Charlotte commercial brokerage entity, the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer collaborative is pumped about prospects ahead. ?We think Charlotte is going to be one of the first cities to come out of this national situation,? say C&W|T?s Warren Snowdon. Of course, most of the brokers already are familiar names within the Charlotte CRE crowd, having been associated with CW when it was allied with Commercial Carolina Corp. That decade-long pairing was not renewed at year end, and Richmond-based Thalhimer seized the opportunity to get a foothold here. The ?new? team includes Warren, Patrick McCoy, Ralph Oldham, Cristy Nine, and David Hanna, who recently joined from Forsite Development.
