Vapiano, the international ?fresh casual? Italian-style eatery, is in full construction mode uptown at the South Tryon Square building. At more than 10k SF, it's one of the  largest restaurant deals to land anywhere in Charlotte in at least three years, says Legacy Real Estate Advisors? David Tschirhart.
