Cocktail Hour at Quail Hollow

Snapped recently at the Quail Hollow Club (where the Wells Fargo Championship will begin on next week) are JLL SVP Charles Jonas,New Boston Fund SVP-asset management Jon Gillman and VP-asset management Pamela Adamian,and JLL senior associate Holly Alexander. The companies hosted a cocktail and hors douevres event that attracted about 65 real estate pros. Recently,three new tenants inked leases at New Bostons Harris Corners Corporate Park and two tenants re-upped, taking a total of 74k SF.
