CLT PLANS $60M PROJECT IN GASTONIA

Vitoria, Spain-based CLT Packaging, which does injection molding for various types of cosmetics and personal hygiene products, has launched Phase 1 of what will eventually be a $60M developmentproject at Gastonia Technology Park. The development will start with a 260k SF building employing about 130. Over the next five years, it could be expanded to 600k SF and employ as many as 260, says developer Red Rock Developments? John Barker Jr. Project architects are a JV between Spain-based IDOM with Richmond, Va.-based AEC. A GC has yet to be selected, John tells us.
