| Vitoria, Spain-based CLT Packaging, which does injection molding for various types of cosmetics and personal hygiene products, has launched Phase 1 of what will eventually be a $60M developmentproject at Gastonia Technology Park. The development will start with a 260k SF building employing about 130. Over the next five years, it could be expanded to 600k SF and employ as many as 260, says developer Red Rock Developments?
