| The number of people following Charlotte Chamber activities via Twitter has jumped almost 90% in the past year, which may have something to do with the successes the Chamber is claiming for 2011. (Or maybe the Charlotte Chamber got retweeted by Ashton Kutcher.) In his annual year in review, Chamber SVP for economic development Jeff Edge, says more than 4,800 jobs were created locally last year, bringing in $412M in investments.
