Gerber Village contains: seven apartments totaling 8,000 SF; 60k SF of retail; and about 28k SF of office space in eight buildings. The development is anchored by Office Depot. Other tenants include Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge. (Oddly enough, no Gerber baby products on site.)
