CBRE BROKERS COTSWOLD SALE

CBRE recently brokered the sale of Cotswold Village and Terraces at SouthPark for $85M. CBRE's Casey Rosen  and Mike Burkard repped the sellers, affiliates of Greensboro-based Bell Partners Inc.  Cotswold, a 262k SF, 50-year old property, sits on 22 acres. Anchors include Harris Teeter, Marshalls and PetSmart. Specialty retailers include Starbuck's, Ulta, Toys & Co. and Bath & Body Works. A Whole Foods  grocer is now under construction.
