The Charlotte Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure recently leased 2,840 SF at 2316 Randolph Rd. The non-profit helps fight breast cancer through its annual Race for the Cure, which has raised more than $10M locally in the past 11 years. The money, among other things, goes toward funding grants, breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment programs for medically underserved women. Charlotte-based Merrifield Patrick Vermillion's Stephen Woodard and Bailey Patrick repped the landlord, Raeford Road LLC. Trinity Partners' Ryan Johnston repped the tenant.
