There are still buyers out there looking for a deal in investment properties, and it seems Charlotte-based Berkeley Capital Advisorsknows them all. Berkeley did more than $261M in investment sales in 2010 consisting of 22 shopping centers (including the Shoppes at Highland Creek, above) and about 30 single-tenant commercial properties. Their success earned them a national ranking of eighth among companies doing retail investment sales, according to Real Capital Analytics. (New York-based Eastdil Secured captured the No. 1 spot with more than $3B in sales, which is a lot.)
