Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate Development is designing a plan for 62k SF of retail and office on the 24-acre parcel, which currently contains two single-family homes. (And you felt accomplished when you added a patio to your home?) It's still early in the process, and no development cost has been determined. The project is being tentatively called NorthLake Pavilion. The property needs a zoning change to neighborhood services, and a hearing is scheduled for April.
