Dallas-based Archon Acquisition grabbed a six-building, $44M office portfolio in Raleigh and Cary totaling almost 427k SF. (Quite attractive, even if it doesn't show as much leg as Angelina Jolie.)

 

Above is 1616 Millbrook Rd  in North Raleigh. A Cassidy Turley team led by Charlotte's Rob Cochran (joined by Raleigh's David Finger and Washington, DC's Jud Ryan) repped the seller, Duke Realty (a Minneapolis-based REIT not affiliated with Duke Energy).Anchor tenants include Stantec, Alltel, and Verizon.
