| Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright met with members of the Charlotte Chamber last week to talk about how the local business community can make the most of the upcoming Democratic National Convention. Albright heads the National Democratic Institute, which will host about 350 international dignitaries in Charlotte during the convention in September. ?It will give them an opportunity to see what a globalizing city Charlotte is and how they can help to contribute to that,?
